As most of you know my father in law Colin is raising money for Breast Cancer Campaign in memory of his wife Gill who lost her fight with breast cancer last August. He is going to be walking the West Highland Way in Scotland with his 4 brothers starting on Sunday. The walk is 95 miles and is taking them 6 days to complete. Kate and I would really appreciate it if you could make a donation. Colin, David, Alan, Clive and Paul could not think of a better way to pay tribute to Gill than to support this great cause and to do their bit to help prevent others going through what Gill went through.

28th March... Charity game in aid of John Meecham's family Friday 4th April at Woodland Road KO 7:15ish. Teams will be made up from players from Croesy and Girling who played with John

12th May...............My second child has finally arrived (8 days overdue), Eve Bethan was born at 8:48pm and weighed in at 9lb 7oz. Everything was precision planned, 15 mins after we got to Neville Hall hospital Eve was born!! Sorry to anyone who was driving from Cwmbran to Abergavenny at around this time as I was driving like Nigel Mansell and had to make a few high speed overtaking procedures
30th April.............Sorry for not updating the website for a while but due to the work going on in my house (been living with the in-laws for six weeks) and with my 2nd child about to make an appearance any day now I just haven't had time for the website. In the next couple of months I am going to revamp the site ready for the 2007-08 season

9th January...........A warning to all drivers, Byron pointed out a major fault with the gearbox in his Punto to the team on Saturday. As he was about to leave the club carpark to head to the game he found that when he took his foot off the clutch and pressed down on the accelerator the car did not move, despite moving the gearstick through all the gears the car still did not move, he feared that the clutch/gearbox was knackered. Luckily Duane was travelling down with him and although he was not a motor mechanic he could see the problem, he just told Byron to switch on the ignition first!!!! I'd like to think that this slight memory loss was due to the treatment he has been having over the last six months!
